With over 20 years experience and more than 200 trials under his belt, Ernie is a proven litigator that vigorously represents his clients. Since graduating from the nationally recognized Baylor Law School in 1989, he has devoted his entire practice to civil litigation. Ernie takes a personal interest in each and every case, and he is committed to delivering the highest legal service to each client.

He is a member of the Texas Bar Association, the Arkansas Bar Association, the Texas Trial Lawyer's Association, the Northeast Texas Bar Association, and the Texarkana Bar Association.

During his free time, Ernie enjoys hunting and spending time with Tammy, his wife of fifteen years, and his two children, Matt and Michael.

Matthew F. Golden

Matt was born and raised in Hughes Springs, Texas, which is located approximately 60 miles south of Texarkana. After graduating from high school, Matt attended the University of Central Arkansas ("UCA") on a full scholarship. He graduated from UCA with honors, and because of his academic success, he was awarded a scholarship to the nationally recognized Baylor Law School. Matt excelled at Baylor and made the Dean's list several times.

Matt understands hard work and honesty are the essential ingredients for success. Growing up, he mowed yards, built fences, farmed, and harvested timber. During the summer, he spent most days working sun up to sun down. Matt's work ethic is the foundation of his law practice, and he is committed to providing the highest level of legal service to each and every client.

Matt is a member of the Texas Bar Association, Arkansas Bar Association, Texas Trial Lawyers, and the Texas Young Lawyers.

Matt enjoys spending time with his wife, Leah, whom he met at law school, and their son, Noah. Matt's hobbies include hunting, fishing, and skiing.
